To ensure the quality and best experience, we recommend reusing the lashes up to 3 times. With proper care, they can be reused 5-10 times.

No, they won't. By choosing a gentle adhesive and applying and removing the DIY lashes correctly, they will not burden or damage your natural lashes.

Cluster lashes can last up to 7 days. If you are a beginner, they may not last the full 7 days on the first application. With practice, they can last 7-14 days. Of course, you can also choose to remove them on the same day if you prefer.

The order was marked as delivered but not received
We apologize for the situation where your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it. Please wait patiently for 48 hours, as delivery personnel often mark items as delivered to the local center before reaching your front door/delivery location.

If you still haven't received your package 72 hours after it was marked as delivered, please email us at support@keyyoulash.com. We will verify the logistics status and handle the matter accordingly.
