Refund policy

We sincerely hope that our products can bring you a good mood. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the items you purchased within 7 days of receiving them.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  1. You may cancel your order within 12 hours after placing the order, provided that the order has not been shipped.
  2. The merchant will process your order within 24 hours after it is placed.
  3. If you submit a cancellation request before the order is shipped and within the allowed 12-hour cancellation window, your order can be cancelled.
  4. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Conditions:

  1. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn or unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and unopened. No exchanges are allowed.
  2. We cannot provide refunds for products that have already been shipped and confirmed delivered if you entered the wrong address during checkout.
  3. We do not cover return shipping costs.
  4. If the return is caused by you (e.g., change of mind, wrong purchase, etc.), you are responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the courier service you choose.
  5. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product), you will not be required to pay for return shipping.

Please note that our DIY lashes are handmade. Although we have clear product specifications and strict quality control, slight variations may occur due to the manual production process. Return Process:

  1. Please send your return request to support@keyyoulash.com, with the subject line:
    "Product Return / Incorrect Item / Damaged Item: [Your Order Number]"
  2. In your email, please include:
    • Your request details
    • The product(s) you wish to return
    • Your order number
    • Product photos

Our support team will review your request and contact you with further instructions.

Refund Policy:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund is approved.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 24hours.
  3. Please note that while we process the refund within 24 hours, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Any additional customs duties or taxes will not be refunded.
